Refund Policy
Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem. To obtain an RMA number and return instructions, please call MeddyPlus Customer Service or email at support@meddyplus.com.
All defective products will be accepted by MeddyPlus for credit, exchange or repair, at MeddyPlus's discretion within 30 days from the invoice date. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies.
Some non-defective products may be returned for credit or exchange. Those returns authorized by MeddyPlus are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%, and must be completed within 30 days of the date of invoice.
Certain products such as raised toilet seats, commodes, erection aids, pillows, cushions, personal care products, etc., may not be returned due to hygiene issues.
